Privacy

1. Scope

This notice applies to the website rabellabs.com and to the Bell demonstration served through it. The controller is Rabel Labs (“Rabel”), reachable at privacy@rabellabs.com.

2. Data processed

• Contact forms. Email address; time of submission; referring page; request metadata (IP address, user agent).
• Demonstration sessions. Microphone audio transmitted during a session; the transcript derived from it; the system’s responses; per-turn timing data; the access code used and the time, frequency and user agent of its use.
• Local browser storage. The access code and a navigation state, stored on the visitor’s device only. No tracking cookies, third-party analytics or advertising identifiers are used.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Contact data is processed to respond to the enquiry (consent given by submission). Session data is processed to operate the demonstration, to diagnose faults, and to evaluate and improve the system, including from recorded sessions (legitimate interest). Data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to profile individuals for any other purpose.

4. Recipients and transfers

Processors acting on Rabel’s instructions: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, storage of form submissions, email relay); Google LLC (cloud infrastructure for the demonstration server; mailbox). Speech recognition, response generation and speech synthesis are performed by models operated by Rabel on that infrastructure; no third-party AI or voice service receives audio or transcripts. Data may be processed in the United States and Singapore.

5. Retention

Data is retained for as long as it is relevant to the purposes in section 3. On request to privacy@rabellabs.com, all data associated with the requester’s email address or access code is deleted within 30 days.

6. Rights

Requests for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection may be made to privacy@rabellabs.com.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 and Rabel does not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

Revisions are published at this address with a new effective date.
